The Haven commands stunning views over the harbour at Porthleven and out to the sea beyond. This spectacular Edwardian house is just a few minutes walk from the beach and makes a perfect holiday home for family and friends. Porthleven is famous for its eateries and for being the most Southerly harbour; visit Rick Stein's or one of the other fine restaurants which adorn the harbour, there is something to suit all tastes and budgets. Take a stroll around the bespoke shops, including handmade jewellery, glassware and galleries and why not pick up something tasty in the delicatessen or bakery on your way home. For those who like fishing there are trips offered out of the harbour and an excellent bait and tackle shop on the harbourside. For those that enjoy an inspirational scenic walk, the south-west coastal footpath is on the doorstep, en-route to legendary Lands End with its dramatic coastline and varied attractions in all weathers whatever the season. Nearby is the market town of Penzance where you can take a day trip on the ferry to the Isles of Scilly. As well as Porthleven beach you could explore the nearby beaches at Praa Sands and Perranuthnoe. The Lizard Peninsula is also on the doorstep, so take a tour to discover amazing coves, cute villages and some incredible coastal scenery. Refurbished with comfort and style, the accommodation provides three bedrooms and one bathroom for up to six people. The Haven boasts superbly presented accommodation over two floors. Fabulous views of the sea from all the windows at the front of the property. A wood burner for fireside gatherings in the open-plan sitting room and a generous dining area make a great social space. If you're not dining out, cook up a feast in the well equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are two generous bedrooms and a bunk room, all indulgently restful, a chic family bathroom and an extra WC, all ensure creature-comforts are a given. The raised front terrace makes for a delightful space for al fresco dining or an evening tipple, watching the boats glide in and out of the harbour.

The iconic clock tower sits on the harbour entrance and the pubs, shops, cafés and restaurants cluster around the historic picturesque inner harbour, where there is plenty of boating and marine activity.

Bonython Estate Gardens and Mullion Cove Harbour are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flambards and Potager Garden.
