Kensa Toll is delightfully positioned with panoramic views west towards Pentire Point and the beaches of Polzeath. The property is actually part of the development of The Point at Polzeath Golf course, a spectacular 18 hole course surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside. This means that for a small fee you can have access to all the facilities the club house has to offer right on your doorstep. This includes an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and gym as well as fully licensed bar and restaurant. A footpath leads past Kensa Toll and takes you straight down the valley to the golden sandy beaches of Polzeath. Kensa Toll is a warm cottage with some delightful character features and superb views. Accommodation Ground floor: Enters into the hallway with stairs leading to the first floor, understairs cupboard with storage, downstairs WC with washing machine/dryer and door to a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with open fire, TV and DVD player, WiFi, comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs. First floor: Landing at the top of the stairs with doors leading to: family bathroom with handheld shower & WC, master bedroom with 5' double bed and ensuite shower room & WC, and two twin bedrooms. Exterior: Shared off-road parking at the front. Enclosed rear garden with fencing and views to Pentire Point. Facilities & Services Heating is via central heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a combined washing machine/tumble dryer. The lounge area has a digital Freeview TV & DVD. There is free WiFi at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional charge of
