“If it’s a Cornish property with an iconic view you are seeking, this could be about to stop your search.”
Looking straight out across the beach and causeway with uninterrupted views of St Michael’s Mount and the open sea, we are nestled in the middle of Marazion, only a few footsteps from the beach, the causeway, shops, restaurants, and on the coastal path.
You can totally relax and chill here! And watch the tides and the causeway and the skies, all of which change atmospherically.
The uninterrupted view of the Mount takes your breath away as you walk into the main living room of Ocean Villa II. It’s a bright, elegant, spacious room, with comfy duck egg blue sofas, Cream of Cornwall accessories, rocking chairs to sit and watch the sea and sky. The room also boasts an enormous Sky Glass TV (with Sky sports and Netflix, Ultra HD) if you tire of the view and the beach and a Bose blue tooth speaker.
At the other end of this great room, there is a brand new kitchen and dining area with seating for 6. Those getting meals ready can still be part of the fun and also still enjoy the view.
Ocean Villa II is on the first and second floors of the building, so is sadly not suitable for those unable to cope with stairs.
