It is a 2 min walk from the local pub/shop and the beach. Panoramic coastal walks in every direction.

The Cottage is a romantic hideaway just a stroll from the beach.
As soon as you arrive you begin to relax.
With a granite fireplace, traditional cottage features and an extensive south facing decked area, it is the perfect place to relax on a warm summers night overlooking the sea.
The secluded decked area is ideal for a private bbq or sundowners with friends & family.
Whatever the weather there is a luxurious, spacious living area to enjoy snuggling up with a roaring fire or just to sit and relax with a book, and take it all in after a long day on the beach with the kids.
Blow away the cobwebs - grab your bike/ kayak once you’ve finished your working day and head off along the amazing coastline.
We are dog friendly - so bring them too.

The Cottage has everything you need for a trip away with family or friends or even a business trip in nearby Plymouth. It is within easy commute of Plymouth .

Suitable for longer stays as it has everything you could need including
fully stocked kitchen appliances , iron , ironing board, fridge,freezer, washing machine & a dedicated work space. Also a garage to park your car off the road.

This entire home is yours to truly enjoy and live like the locals.

South East Cornwall offers some of the most amazing beaches. You are spoilt for choice for Sandy beaches Downderry, Seaton, Millendreath Whitsands, Cawsands, Looe, Portwrinkle are to name but a few.Upper decking accessed up some steep steps. Lower decking no steps.
Internal height to lowest beamed area is 6ft 4. Not including door ways or room dividers.
Low chandeliers in bedrooms (mind you heads)
Guest access- All areas area accessible except above the grey steps by the upper decking.
Other things to note
There is a garage to park one vehicle in directly opposite the cottage. (Green door) Also Free on street parking is available 100-150 metres (1 minute walk) from the property.
You can stop outside the property or in garage to unload/load/drop off. It is a narrow rural main road but cars can pass whilst you offload your bags.
Please read house rules ref using real fire and BBQ . No fire pits allowed.
The property must be kept clean and tidy and left as you found it.

Dogs on request only. One small dog only at an additional cost. (There is no grass)
Dogs not to be left alone in cottage.No dogs upstairs / on furniture.no dogs.
Dogs must be dried off before entering the property (dog towels provided)
Children under two are welcome. A high chair, cot ,baby monitor and booster seat and spare cot bedding are all available upon request.no stairgate.


Located in Torpoint, this cottage is in a rural area and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Tamar Valley and Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, while Stuart House Arts and Heritage Centre and Devonport Playhouse are cultural highlights. Port Eliot House and Gardens and Adventure Bay Surf School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
