Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars (parking is in a communal parking area where spaces are not designated to a particular property) and a first floor balcony with furniture. Tamar 35 is a homely getaway in a fantastic Cornwall location.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring own towels for the swimming pools). Stairgate available, cot and highchair available on request. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.

Cotehele House and Gardens and Dupath Well are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at St. Mellion Golf Club and Tavistock Golf Club. Traveling with kids?
