The Studio is a stunning 3 bedroom holiday property set in its own self-contained compact garden, in a beautiful rural setting, with the main living area enjoying far-reaching views across farmland, the estuary, Rock and beyond. All located less than 4.5 miles from everything the harbour town of Padstow has to offer!
The Studio is a scenic countryside walk from the Camel Trail and Petherick Creek with its great range of birdlife including egrets, redshank and curlew.

Standard Changeover day is FRIDAY

The solid oak door gives access to the hallway:

To the right this opens into the large airy, double height lounge with wood burner, 2 large sofas seating 6, hobby/reading desk with lamp. Large patio doors with window over, offer views of the open countryside towards the estuary, Rock and beyond and gives access to the wraparound patio and garden.

There is a downstairs twin room with single beds both benefiting from bed side tables with lamps. Window and wardobe space.
The shower room is opposite with wash hand basin, wc and heated towel rail.

To the left hand side of the hall is a spacious kitchen/dining/social area with dining table for 6, sofa and TV. Large sliding patio doors give access to the outside eating area. There is a plunger type cafetière and an Italian stove top coffee maker, Nespresso Latissima Touch coffee maker.

Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms:

The main bedroom overlooking the lounge, has a glass mezzanine designed specifically, so that it is possible to make the most of the amazing views from the King-size bed. There are two bedside tables and lamps, recessed bedside reading lights, built in hanging space with shelving and two sky light windows. An en-suite shower room has a wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Two with King-size bed and bedside tables and lamps, recessed bedside reading lights, built in storage with hanging space and shelving. There are 2 sky lights and a window to the front of the building. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The property benefits from underfloor heating with an air source heat pump which has zoned controls within each room, wooden floors downstairs and beautiful clean lines, rugs used to add extra cosiness, are just a few more reasons why this is an ideal home for your holiday.

Outside the wraparound, self- contained, compact garden offers both a grass and patio area with modern seating/loungers. There is an outdoor rotary clothes line, which is ideal for drying wet suits after a day out on one of the many local beaches. There is also parking for 2 cars.

One pet can be accommodated by prior arrangement at £30 per stay but must not be left unattended and is not to be allowed upstairs

Heating and Electricity included in the rental. Bedding: Bed linen and towels supplied - Please bring your own beach towels.

This vacation home is located in Wadebridge. Padstow Museum and Cornwall's Regimental Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Prideaux Place and Pencarrow House and Garden. Camel Creek Adventure Park and National Lobster Hatchery are also worth visiting.
