Waterfront House is situated right on the water’s edge within the Malpas Marina, with a stunning vista across the water to Trelissick and Tregothnan Estates.

The enormous and light, open-plan living area consumes the entire rear of the property, and with three set of doors opening to the balcony, the views are always in clear sight. The wood burning stove is cleverly position centrally in this area with various comfortable seating arrangements including a sofa bed for up to two guests. A well-equipped kitchen and utility room are also on the ground floor along with a cloakroom WC. The ground floor benefits from luxurious underfloor heating.

Upstairs three bedrooms are generous and comfortable with a king-size room with doors to a Juliet balcony and water views, a double, also with river views, and finally a twin room. There is a large en-suite shower room with double shower enclosure to the king-size room and a further family bathroom. The first floor is centrally heated.

In addition to the balconies, guests can enjoy an outdoor seating area which overlooks the marina with garden furniture and a barbecue.
