The bedrooms consist of two king-size doubles, one with en-suite shower, a family room with 4 single beds and a twin room with en-suite shower, serviced by a family shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a lawned garden. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 2 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub, plus a beach in 2.3 miles. The wonderful beaches of Polzeath are excellent for soaking up the sun with a good book if you want to try your hand at surfing with the neighbouring Surf School. If you'd rather sit out the action, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.

Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and St Nectan's Glen reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Cornish Coast Day Adventures and Camel Creek Adventure Park. Pengenna Pasties and Retallack Water Sports are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
