Overlooking the golf course, the view from Arden House is a sea of green to the ocean beyond. The beach at Crooklets Bay and the renowned Summerleaze Sea Pool are only a few minutes’ walk away. The bustling town of Bude, with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, is also just along the road, meaning there is plenty for all here, whether you're a group of friends or an extended family. A stay here promises to be one to remember.

STEP OUTSIDE
When back from the beach, wetsuits and associated ocean toys can be stored safely in the garage. Then it’s time to sit back and relax in Arden House’s enclosed garden with its pretty lawn area and deck. Whether nursing a steaming morning coffee while making plans, enjoying an ice cold sundowner reliving the day’s highlights or enjoying a family barbecue, this is a great outdoor space.

VENTURE FORTH
With much to see and do in and around Bude you really don’t need to venture far for fun. Crooklets beach is a short stroll away for fun time in the waves and if you prefer your water a little calmer, Bude’s famous sea pool will add a touch of 1930s nostalgia to your beach day, complete with brightly coloured beach huts. Coastal walks are easily accessible and stretch in both directions from the seafront.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one bunk room. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a further family bathroom and ground floor shower room.

LIVING AND DINING
The living room has plenty of sofas for relaxing on in front of the open fire and there is a separate children's snug complete with table football and second television. The kitchen/diner has a Smeg electric oven with gas hob, a microwave, a Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and a dining table for eight.
