The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size, a twin and a bunk, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private rear lawn, gravelled area with furniture, charcoal barbecue, hot tub and fire pit, a raised-level terrace with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 6.1 miles you will find a shop and within 5.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot and highchair are also provided. Escape to Devon with a stay at Ashlea, any time of year. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
