Up on the first floor, you'll find the open plan living, kitchen and dining room, with its cosy and warming woodburning stove. Relax in the sitting area, which boasts a Smart TV and doors which open onto a large balcony complete with outdoor furniture. Self catering is a breeze in the well equipped kitchen with its oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, and there's space to eat together at the dining table which seats 8.
The second floor is home to two of the bedrooms, one with king-size bed, Smart TV, balcony with furniture, and an en-suite shower room, and the other with twin beds and a Smart TV. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower.
Up on the third floor, you'll find two more double bedrooms with king-size beds, Smart TVs, and en-suite shower rooms, one of which also has its own balcony with outdoor furniture.
Ben's Beach House also has an outdoor space at the back of the property which has an outdoor shower, perfect for hosing off the sand after a trip to the beach!
