The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen and dining area leading out onto the private patio areas which boasts spectacular views across Newquay Bay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dyer and American style Fridge Freezer. The dining area table seats up to 8 people. The ground floor also has a cloakroom, single toilet and bunk room sleeping 2 guests.

The first floor has a modern lounge again with breathtaking views over the Bay. There is also a double bedroom and family bathroom with bath. The second floor homes the master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has large opening windows which look across the bay. There is also a twin bedroom on the second floor with two single beds.

This property is suitable for families, couples and mature singles (mixed groups aged 25+ only). For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

This property will accept dogs.

Please note: during high season noise from local bars can sometimes be heard

Located in Newquay, this vacation home is by the ocean. Lighthouse Cinema and Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Newquay Golf Club and Great Western Beach. Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay and Blue Reef Aquarium are also worth visiting.
