With a Scandinavian style interior, Chywolow Lodge sits in the tiny hamlet of Great Bosullow within 3 miles of Penzance, is perfect for respite and for those with limited mobility. Wheelchair friendly. Far reaching countryside views and an incredible sense of space make this a fabulous rural retreat surrounded by beautiful moorland, Iron Age settlements and mysterious standing stones. The property is set on a seventy acre farm and there is a field with ponies and Alpacas. All on the ground floor, this holiday bolthole makes a great base for family and friends. The open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area is good for gatherings, relaxation and feasts. There are four comfortable bedrooms all with TV's and one with en-suite shower room, plus a family bathroom and garden room. The terrace is perfect for sunny breakfasts and the expanse of grass around the property is perfect for a game. This is a walker's paradise so bring your boots and head out across the moors to the North Coast. Nearby Pendeen has local facilities plus a pub but we recommend heading North to Gurnards Head where there is a food lover's delight; The Gurnards Head. The nearest white sandy beach is the hidden Portheras Cove between Pendeen and Morvah but better known Sennen Cove is only a short drive west. Penzance is 15 minutes and St Ives can be reached within 25 minutes drive, both towns are worthy of a visit with some great cafes, restaurants and galleries to peruse.
