This stunning holiday home has been lovingly restored to a high standard with fabulous sea views from the master bedroom of the Harbour, Porthminster beach and over to Hayle.
Harbour Moorings is minutes away from the beaches, Harbour, restaurants and galleries. Benefiting from a private parking space for one car at Porthgwidden car park, this property has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday.
On the first floor is a spacious light lounge with Smart TV. There is also an additional reading area for you to sit back and relax whilst enjoying a glass of wine. There is an small outside balcony.
Stairs from the lounge lead to the ground floor where you will find a fabulous large open plan kitchen dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a free standing fridge freezer and large range cooker - perfect for hosting a family get together. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining area has a large table with seating for eight with a sofa and Smart TV.
Also on the ground floor is a WC with wash hand basin.
Harbour Moorings also has access to St Eia Street via the kitchen and there is a small courtyard with hosepipe and washing line for your wetsuits.
The master bedroom on the top floor has stunning sea views across the Harbour and Porthminster Beach. There is king-sized bed, ample storage, Smart TV and a couple of relaxing chairs to take in the view.
Also on this floor is a bunk bed room with sea glimpses.
A family bathroom is also situated on this floor and has a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
On the second floor are two further fabulous bedrooms with ample storage and a further bathroom with double shower, WC and wash hand basin. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has a zip and link bed to provide two single beds or a kingsize bed. These beds can be configured to your own requirements.
