Bay Views was complete rebuilt in 2010 to a very high standard it includes on the first floor a master bedroom with a separate dressing room and master bathroom with a balcony overlooking Charlestown and St Austell Bay a second bedroom also upstairs has twin single beds which can be put together to form a large double also has an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor are two further bedrooms one double with en-suite shower room and one bedroom with full size bunk beds. There is a wet room with toilet on the ground floor. The rest of the downstairs is open plan with large lounge kitchen and dining room. At the rear is two patios and a double garage with table tennis and a pool table. There is a West wing downstairs which is completely separate from the house with its own side entrance and parking slot. Bayview is located in Sea Road one of the premier roads in Cornwall where the famous Carlyon Bay hotel is.
