All with smart TV’s. Very spacious living accommodation and modern kitchen with all new appliances including American fridge freezer, Hot tap and Induction hob and wine cooler. Dining room seats 8 and lounge is very spacious for those that want to read and for those that wish to watch the Sky TV.

Parking for 3-4 cars on site. Easy access inside no steps. Ground floor toilet and bathroom and a warm outdoor shower for washing off the sand. Patio is all level from outside or from inside. Recycling and bins outside by front entrance. Very modern kitchen with crushed and cubed ice from the American fridge freezer along with chilled filtered water for those hot days. The house is spacious and warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
