There are two bedrooms on each floor, as well as a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and seating area, plus off-road parking for up to 4 cars. Meadowside is a welcoming base for a family or group gathering by the north Cornwall coast.

Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, full-size dishwasher, Smart TV, 4 x TVs, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
