The house is on a quiet residential street in the heart of Penzance, 5 minutes from town centre and train station. It is light airy and spacious whilst maintaining it’s Cornish charm with central heating throughout. The promenade is just a few minutes walk away where you can amble down the famous Chapel street with it's antique shops and Egyptian house to get you there. It has a through lounge/ dining area with plenty of character features. The breakfast room has a stable door leading to the sunny courtyard which has a large shed for surfboards and beach gear.
Apart from the two double beds and two single - to sleep over 6 guests there are two pull out futon stools that can go in either double (comfortable though narrower than standard single). There is also a 4ft sofa bed (thinner mattress than standard bed) in the living room.
The attic bedroom has wonderful views from the side window over the houses to the bay beyond and just a note that the stairs here are slightly steep as they were built in the late eighteenth century.
There is on street parking and a free car park at the top of the street from 4pm to 9am.
This vacation home is located in Penzance. Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Penzance Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Grand Casino Amusements and Trengwainton Garden. Consider Acorn Theatre for a night out or Paradise Park and JungleBarn if you're traveling with kids.
