Hosting four bedrooms including two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms, and two twin rooms along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with a TV and a conservatory. Outside, there is a large garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub, table tennis, pond, annexe and a barbecue. Otterburn House offers all you need for a fantastic holiday to Cornwall. NO Stag or Hen Parties are accepted at this property.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric double ovens and hobs, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky (cinema and sport packages inc.), WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking. Garden with lawn, patio, furniture, hot tub and table tennis and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome (additional pets can be brought along by prior arrangement with owner). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 1.8 miles. Note: There is a pond in the garden, therefore children must be supervised at all times. With pubs, a good selection of shops, a superb golf course and plenty of other things to keep you busy, Bude really does have something for the whole family.
