Modern, bright and positioned above the sweeping golden expanse of the beach at Praa Sands, Bodillian is the perfect base for family gatherings and special occasions. You can discover what West Cornwall has to offer all within a short drive wonderful places to to eat, walk and have adventures and return to relax in this modern home.

To appreciate  the most of the views Bodillian offers upside-down design still giving three of the bedrooms sea views. While upstairs the open plan living space occupies the whole first floor. As soon as you enter across the glass walkway you are greeted with wonderful sea views.

All you need to do is open the large patio doors that showcase the sea views sit on the balcony and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine and watch the sun set.  Even in stormy weather Bodillian is a magical place to watch the waves crash  on the beach, sit in comfort into front of the electric fire overlooking the sea and open skies.

From the open plan living area are four well designed bedrooms, with a family bathroom with large walk-in shower and three with en-suites.

The large private terrace can be accessed  via the spiral staircase off the kitchen or downstair from the beach store. Perfect for entertaining the large terrace comes with a  outdoor refrigerator and built in BBQ.

Bodillian perfectly designed to make the most of the ever changing sea views, with two Juliet balconies and large patio doors leading out onto the balcony the space is very light and airy.

It is a very social home perfect for entertaining, Bodillian offers SONOS sound bar and 50 inch flat screen TV Playstation 4, which comes with a full Sky HD package. For when the nights are cooler or watching the storms roll in there is an electric fire.

While you prepare food guests can sit on the bar stools or at the large circular dining table , all with views. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a five ring ceramic hob, microwave and microwave oven, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as an Electrolux washer dryer. 

Master Bedroom

A spacious and inviting bedroom with views looking out to sea and a beckoning super king bed. Filled with light and beautifully furnished, the master bedroom enjoys its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sea-view room features a king size zip and link bed that can be converted into twins. It’s also just across the hall from the family bathroom.

Bodillian’s enormous paved terrace is set at the front of the property and overlooks the ocean. When the weather is on side, it becomes a fantastic evening venue with a built in charcoal barbeque and external fridge for easy access refreshments. With lots of outdoor seating, it’s a tempting sunbathing and sunset-watching spot.

There is a handheld shower perfect for rinsing sandy dogs, wetsuits and sandy feet.

There is parking for three cars and an electric charging point.

From the lower garden you can walk easily to the beach.
