April Cottage is a beautiful holiday home with an immaculate interior; after years of being lovingly cared for by the owners. It is favoured by repeat guests year after year. The spacious open-plan area comprises of a dining room with table and seating for eight, ideal for family meals or for making use of the available games and puzzles; a cosy sitting room with comfy furnishings, electric fire and Smart television, as well as a charming conservatory area which is perfect for long evenings spent reconnecting with family and friends. The well-equipped contemporary kitchen with electric oven and hob, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker; ideal for rustling up mouth-watering seafood suppers expertly plucked from the local foodie markets. Also located on the ground floor is a wet room, shower room, utility room and a games room with table tennis, snooker table and darts.
All four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom one has a king-size bed; bedroom two has two twin single beds, both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC. Bedrooms three and four both have twin single beds and have use of the family bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC.
This beautiful holiday home also features a pretty wraparound garden for young explorers to enjoy, along with a patio area for enjoying the legendary Cornish sunsets, with the scent of the delicious charcoal barbecue drifting through the air.
