The house can sleep eight people in five bedrooms which are made up of two singles, a twin, a double with a balcony and a double with an en-suite shower room as well as two separate bathrooms. The rest of the house is made up of an open plan living area with dining and sitting areas and kitchen. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a large terrace with furniture. Set in a wonderful situation, Pink House can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September.

Located in St Austell, this vacation home is on the beach. Mevagissey Museum and Charlestown Shipwreck and Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South West Coast Path Section 31 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 32 Trailhead. Traveling with kids? Consider Eden Project and Mevagissey Aquarium. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding, hiking/biking trails, and cycling nearby.
