Pointside is a charming property enjoying a lovely location on the riverside in Helford and benefits from an elevated deck area with river views. The property is set over two floors with the three bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen/diner, living room, study and conservatory on the ground floor. The coastal path can be accessed from the bottom of the front garden and below that are steps down to a stoney beach with an Anarth rowing dinghy for guests to use in the summer.

Bedrooms: 3.
Beds: 1 x double (4’6”), 1 x twin (3’), 2 x bunk beds (2’6”).
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen provided for free at the property, towels not provided but may be hired for £5 per person per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Accessibility: Property set over 2 floors.
Kitchen and utilities: Two separate ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair available on request (but no cot linen), please let us know at the time of booking.
Outside: Small courtyard with a BBQ and steps leading to the upper deck with garden furniture and views down the river.
Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per week per pet - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
Parking: Parking for 1 car provided in front of the house.
Nearest beach: 1.2 miles.
Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
General: Free WiFi provided. Central heating throughout.
Important notes: No smoking. Please note that the rowing boat is only available between Easter and the third week of September.
