Restharrow is a spacious 4 bedroom dormer bungalow, sleeping 8. Located within a short walking distance of Daymer Bay, which has it's own microclimate and safe bathing, it is a perfect place to stay for families with children. Either side are Rock (offering a huge array of water sports and activities, a good selection of shops, pubs, fine dining, and golf at the St. Enodoc golf club) and Polzeath renown for its surfing, with the little gem of Greenaway, along the costal path, which has the most amazing rock pools to explore, in between. Padstow, home of Rick Stein's restaurants, is only a passenger ferry trip away from Rock.
The property has 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom on the first floor with a separate bathroom; and a double bedroom on the ground floor, with a cot. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom, an open plan kitchen, dinning room, lounge area, and a sun room. Outside is a patio area, with a table and seating for eating out and enjoying the view.
There is a ramp with handrails for accessibility to the front of the property.
There is ample parking for several cars, and the garden is enclosed for child safety.
We have external security cameras to the sides and rear of the property.
The property benefits from beautiful views to Daymer, Brae Hill, the Camel Estuary, and St. Enodoc church having been buried in sand, and is the burial place of Sir John Betjeman; There are countryside views to the rear, of Roserrow golf and country club, the Point, and surrounding area. which steeped in ancient and fascinating history.

Check in time is after 5pm, no early arrivals please.
Please respect my property and it's contents and leave it in a clean and tidy condition, should extra cleaning be necessary, a £50 charge will be made from your security deposit. All damages or breakages must be paid for in full, or replaced for like.
Smoking is permitted outside the property only, all ends must be safely and cleanly disposed of.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement only. Maximum of 2. Extra charge of £25/dog per week, or £5/dog per day if your booking is under a week. They must be kept of the furniture and beds for the courtesy of following guests, must not be left in the house on their own, and any waste must be picked up and binned outside, or a £35 charge will be incurred.
We accept family bookings only. No over night guests. No more than 8 sleeping, exception for the use of our cot. The property is for the sole use of the guests booked to stay, and not for anyone else that may be staying in the vicinity.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests booked to stay, I will need to know the exact number of guests and which beds will be used in order to leave out the correct amount of towels and bed linen. Guests are required to make up their own beds on arrival, and strip the linen (leaving protective covers in place) before departure.
Beach and pet towels are not provided and must be brought with you.
We have a highchair, cot and stair gate. Please ask if you would like to use them.
Please use the outside shower for washing off sand, wet-suits and pets, and leave outside items, eg. wet-suits, boards, buckets, spades, bicycles, etc. outside. You can use the storage unit outside the back door. Bicycles can be chained (please bring one) to the fence at the back of the property.
No charging of electric vehicles from the house mains.

Before departure please
• Make sure all food items are removed from the house.
• Make sure all cookware, utensils are thoroughly clean and dry before putting them away.
• Make sure all rubbish inside and outside including pet waste is picked up and bagged in black bin bags, tied and left in the bins outside the house, and any recycling is correctly sorted in the appropriate bags so we don’t have to handle any waste.
• Reminder that departure is before 10am and no later. I will be at the property at this time to prepare for the next guests and the house MUST be vacated.
Located in Wadebridge, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. Pencarrow House and Garden and Bodmin Jail are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at St. Enodoc Golf Club and Camel Cycle Trail. Consider King Arthur's Great Halls for a night out or Cornish Coast Day Adventures if you're traveling with kids. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
