With bright, airy rooms and plenty of space, both in the living areas and sleeping areas, this is a contemporary space that has been tastefully decorated and furnished. Enjoy preparing meals to delight the family in the incredibly spacious and well-equipped kitchen, before retiring to the sitting room from some relaxation.

Rock House is a spacious and contemporary home situated close to the beach, coastal path and the centre of Bude town. The fabulous Crooklets Bay is a level walk away from Rock House, so it's simplicity itself to pack up the beach bags and enjoy a splendid day on the sand. For an evening stroll, the town offers plenty of places to stop for a drink or supper before returning to the comforts of home.

STEP OUTSIDE
The patio and secure garden offer a place to sit back and relax. There is storage space for wetsuits, surf boards and all your beach gear and the owners have even provided a lovely wooden hand-cart for loading up all your bits and bobs for your visit to Crooklets Bay. In fact, you're so close to the beach that if you have forgotten something, or want to pop home for a quick bite to eat or make up a picnic, you can.

VENTURE FORTH
With the beach and town so close, you would be forgiven for not using your car for the whole of your stay. However, if you should decide to explore further afield then there are plenty of north coast villages, harbours, towns and various attractions to visit. And not forgetting the South West Coast Path which offers endless cliff top walks and secret beaches just waiting to be discovered.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite and two twin bedrooms. There is a further family bathroom and separate downstairs toilet.

The kitchen diner has a Neff hob, oven and microwave. There is also a dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a main sitting room, with wood burning stove and a smaller separate sitting room.
