Sandy Nook has a wonderfully bright and airy feeling thanks to its large windows which let in plenty of light and make you feel at home in your surroundings. On the ground floor you can enjoy the open-plan dining, kitchen and sitting room, with a sitting and dining area featuring a warming wood-burning stove feature, plenty of comfortable furniture including an eight-person dining table, a TV for entertainment, and access to the outdoor patio.
The brilliantly equipped kitchen features an island and high-gloss units, as well as appliances which include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and a dishwasher for cleaning up after preparing something tasty. Also on the ground floor are a shower room with WC and a convenient utility room containing a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Upstairs you'll find the comfortable bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its king-size bed and dual aspect windows with fantastic views of the surroundings, as well as an en-suite shower room. Another double bedroom is available with a super-king-size bed which can be made up as two singles if requested, and there is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. A snug room with TV comes with a double sofa bed to serve as the fourth bedroom, and there's also a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside you can make the most of sunny days by sitting out in the garden, which has its own patio and includes garden furniture and a barbecue for your use. There's also a lockable shed suitable for storing leisure equipment such as bicycles and surfboards that you may want to bring along.
