PLEASE NOTE - access to on-site swimming pools, gym and tennis courts is not included., but you can use the children's outdoor playground, mini football pitch, Teen Den (arcade), licensed café & Manor Arms bar/restaurant (highly recommended!). There are some activities on site that you can pay to use - Cornwall Segway, Cornwall Slip and Slide, Cornwall Laser Tag and mini golf. There is a public pool in Newquay, called Waterworld and some nearby holiday sites allow non-residents to pay to use their facilities.
