Nestled in the heart of St Agnes, 21 British Road is the answer to your Cornish cottage dreams, offering a central spot near to beaches and amenities. Suited to a large family of nine or a group of friends looking to kick back on the beach, this property boasts four bedrooms, and dates from the 19th century. Take in the picturesque exterior before stepping in to discover the beautiful and contemporary decor. The vibrant kitchen/diner will be a favourite space to relax in for all, whether it's sitting at the long wooden table atop the bright green chairs tucking into breakfast, excited for the day to come, or perched at the breakfast bar while dinner simmers on the hob. An amply-equipped kitchen space is host to an electric oven and hob, fridge, and microwave, among others meaning you have all you need to rustle up some delicious dishes. Settle down for the evening in the delightful sitting room where a TV can offer some entertainment, or sit in here for a quiet moment snuggled up with a book on the sofa. When you're in need of rest, head upstairs and find two sleeping spots on the first floor, including a triple room with a bunk bed and two singles, perfect for the children, and a lovely double bedroom with a fabulous four-poster bed, both served by a spacious bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower for freshening up. Continue up to the second floor to find the remaining two bedrooms, including a double with a delightful Juliet balcony, and a super-king-size bedroom, with this floor home to a bathroom as well. Enjoy drinks outside on the patio in the evening sunshine or wake up to breakfast alfresco while your four-legged friend stretches their legs. For beach day you have several places to choose from; Trevaunance Cove is closest and is St Agnes' main beach, great for paddling and exploring the rock-pools teaming with life, with Chapel Porth just a litter further down, but it's worth the distance as it's one of Cornwall's most beautiful coves. Enjoy an adventure on the water with Koru Kayaking, setting off from Trevaunance Cove, you can be guided along a two-hour kayaking journey for some unforgettable holiday memories, and stunning scenery. No trip to Cornwall would be right without a bit of surfing if the weather is on your side, so get out on a board and whilst St Agnes is one of the areas known for experienced surfers, there are still many surf schools in the area for complete beginners. The South West Coast Path provides a fabulous way to explore with well-marked paths and villages with pubs and shops scattered along the way for any necessary pit-stops. St Agnes Heritage Coast offers some beautiful landscapes to ramble through, with the St Agnes Beacon offering a great viewing point for far reaching vistas. Spend quality time with loved ones in this historic mining village, at 21 British Road.
