With it’s large rooms and high ceilings, the property feels bright and airy, and provides plenty of space and comfort to enjoy a holiday with extended family and friends.
The large well - equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for the whole family easy, with both an oven and an aga, and all the amenities you need. The dining room has a large table with space for everyone to easily gather around the table together. Alongside the dining area, there is a large sitting room with open fireplace, plenty of comfy sofas of course the amazing sea views over the beach.
There are 5 bedrooms. The Garden Room is a twin room downstairs. On the first floor, you will find the Sunset Room, which has a king size bed, TV and a large bay window with a window seat – perfect for settling in with a book and watching the tide roll in or the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean! Alongside the Sunset Room, there is the Cabin Room, which has a single bed and a wash basin and shares the same fabulous views as the Sunset Room. Also, on the 1st floor, you will find the Village Room – a twin bedroom looking out over the garden at the rear of the property. The 5th bedroom, the Ocean Room, is on the 2nd floor and has twin beds. This room has an en-suite W.C and wash basin and amazing sea views - again another perfect place for watching the sun setting over the sea!
The property has 2 bathrooms, downstairs you will find the wet room with power shower, W.C and washbasin. On the first floor, there is a good size bathroom with bath, over bath shower, W.C and washbasin.
The enclosed garden at the rear of the property creates a wonderful sunny space to enjoy. Sheltered from the sea breezes, is the perfect spot to enjoy a spot of sunbathing or relax with a drink in the sun. It is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining too. There is also a communal garden at the front.

In summer, One Atlantic Terrace, makes family beach holidays simply magical for all generations. Why not grab a bucket and spade and a body board for a morning on the sand, pop back up to the house for a spot of lunch in the garden, before grabbing the prawning nets, buckets and perhaps even your snorkel and mask for an afternoon of adventures on the rocky beach.
With an open fire and underfloor heating throughout downstairs, One Atlantic Terrace is also a great place for a winter get away too. Being so close to the sea, it is the perfect location to enjoy the ruggedness of Cornwall in winter, with a spot of winter wave watching from the house or snuggling up with a good book in front of the open fire, listening to the waves outside. The restaurants in Padstow and the local pubs are open year around, so winter offers the perfect opportunity to take a quiet stroll around the harbour in Padstow and enjoy cosy meals in award winning restaurants and pubs, before returning to the cosiness of One Atlantic Terrace.
For years Trevone has been a hidden gem, and it is easy to see why, whether you choose to spend your days, building sand castles, surfing, taking long coastal walks, bird watching, line fishing off the rocks, crabbing, prawning/fishing in the rock pools with your nets and buckets, enjoying fish and chips in the garden, strolling around the local harbour town of Padstow, enjoying the many local restaurants, swimming in the natural rock pool or just simply taking some time to relax and listen to the Atlantic waves rolling in, there is something for everyone in Trevone.
There is a car park in front of the property for guests to use. Guests may have up to two cars in the car park.
Located in Padstow, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the beach. Padstow Museum and Lighthouse Cinema are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Prideaux Place and Pencarrow House and Garden. National Lobster Hatchery and Padstow Maize Maze are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
