On the ground floor is the living room with television and DVD player. There is also a bathroom and access to outside space.



The first floor has the kitchen and dining room with fine sea views of the Jurassic coast.



The second floor has three bedrooms. THe double bedroom has the sea views while at the back of the house the other two adjoining rooms have a single bed in one and bunk beds in the other. Access to the garden is from here.



The third floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger double has sea views while the other double is accessed via the bathroom and looks out onto the garden.



Access to Sundial House is via a key safe that is located on the wall next to the front door. The key code changes regularly and will be sent prior to guests arrival.



A long stay public car park is a short walk from Sundial and costs only £8 per day (as at July 2021).

This apartment is located in Lyme Regis. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Dorset and East Devon Coast and East Devon, while Lyme Regis Museum and Dinosaur Land are cultural highlights. Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium and Seaton Jurassic are also worth visiting.
