Sands Beach House gives sea-view a whole new meaning in this stunning private home overlooking the golden sands of the Newquay coastline. From the warm fires of the terrace to the cosy warmth of the bedrooms, guests can enjoy uninterrupted Atlantic throughout the property. Perfect for any season, the stylish and comfortable design can house up to ten guests in idyllic coastal luxury.
After a day soaking up the sun on Newquay’s sandy beaches why not catch the final rays on a sun lounger on your private terrace with a Cornish ale in hand. Made for outdoor living, the terrace boasts gas-fired dining tables and patio heaters allowing guests to enjoy al fresco dining even in chillier climes.
Inside the open plan living area offers a feature wall fireplace, where you can sink into the huge four-seater sofas with a hot chocolate from the Hotel Chocolat Velvistiser. A well-equipped kitchen offers juicers, waffle-makers, coffee machines and more, allowing you to cook up a feast to be enjoyed at the ten-seater dining table while you watch the boats bob on the ocean through the vast three-quarter length windows.
From Egyptian cotton linens, you can relax and enjoy the sea view from one of five luxuriously appointed double rooms. Whilst the master bathroom is heaven sent with a deep soaker bath that overlooks the ocean.
Centrally located the beach house is close to the buzz of the Newquay nightlife, yet benefits from a discreet location, nestled in the cliffs overlooking the beach, offering privacy and tranquillity for guests to unwind and relax.
