Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with a washing machine for keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh as well as a microwave. Gather around the dining table to tuck-in to a delicious meal as you pop open a bottle of fizz and toast to a memorable getaway. On warmer days, why not head down to the riverside Millennium Park to savour a tasty homemade picnic? If you’re looking to venture to the impressive Giant’s Causeway but don’t feel like driving, there is a park and ride service as well as the Giants Causeway & Bushmills Heritage Railway to ensure you have a relaxing journey. Take in the incomparable views as you wander the hexagonal rocks of Giant’s Causeway, well-known to the Irish as the eighth wonder of the world, there is also the National Trust Visitor Centre where you can get involved with audio tours, peruse exhibits and pick up a souvenir from the gift shop. For a day at the beach, you have the glorious beaches of Runkerry and White Rocks nearby, both offering golden sands where you can kick back and relax with your favourite book or enjoy a paddle in the waters. For the budding historians in your party, be sure not to miss out on a visit to Dunluce Castle which offers a courtyard and rugged clifftop views.
