Town: On the north coast of County Antrim, Northern Ireland, Bushmills is a delightful village, at a distance of 60 miles from Belfast and only 11 miles from Ballycastle. The River Bush and a huge watermill built there in the early 17th century gave the settlement its name. The Old Bushmills Distillery, which produces a wide variety of whisky, is located in the settlement. A wide variety of restaurants, from coffee shops to fine dining establishments can be found in Bushmills, as well as a variety of gift stores, galleries, and retail outlets. In an ideal location, the settlement is situated at a crossing site for the Bush River and on the Causeway Coastal Route.
