The property is a three bedroom semi-detached house. It is situated in the attractive town of Portstewart on the majestic north coast. The town has a picturesque harbour and promenade with a two-mile long beach. On the Promenade you will find a children play area, paddling pool and more. The house is off the main road , literally about a six minute/0.8km walk to the Promenade.

The living/dining area, hall and upstairs bedrooms all have wooden floors. The stairs and landing are carpeted. Outside there is a garage where you can hang your wet suits, store your surfboards, bicycles, etc. There is quite a large front side garden and enclosed side and rear gardens to keep the little ones safe. On the rear patio there is garden furniture (table and chairs). Fuel for the fire is also available in the coal-house. Wi-fi is available.

- You must check out the Antrim Coast Road, described as 'one of the top 5 driving trips in the world'.
- A day trip to our capitol, Belfast, is only about 1 hour 15 minutes away.
- In Portstewart there are many restaurants,or try Portrush for a change.
