Carncairn Grange is a lovely house set in its own grounds surrounded by trees. It has stunning views over a wooded landscape and is completely private. Located only half a mile from Broughshane it is only 20 minutes from Belfast International Airport and ideally placed to explore the Antrim coastline and glens as well as the rest of Northern Ireland. The House can accommodate 7 guests and is a separate house of Georgian aspect in its own grounds about 200m from the main house, 200 square Meters in size, so there is plenty of space for everyone. It has 4 bedrooms, a twin, two doubles and a single. In addition it has a large kitchen, three hallways, a living room and a conservatoy, there is even an AGA in the Kitchen which can be lit if you want a gastronomic escape. Outside there is plenty of space with a garage and wood/barbecue store and lawns on either side and at the front. It looks out over fields surrounded by mature woodland and over to the hills in the near distance. Both properties are surrounded by stunning gardens and landscape for a rural getaway as well as being set in a beautiful landscape. There is lots to do in the local area whether it is climbing the local mountain Slemish, where St Patrick tended sheep or fishing on the river, walking or cycling. Broughshane is a pretty little town only half a mile away with plenty of coffee shops and plenty of other shops to meet your requirements. Further afield are the Glens and famous Coast road and Glenarm Castle only 20 mins away. Belfast to the south for the Titanic Museum or Portrush to the north for Golf or the Gians Causeway only 40 minutes away.
We have two separate rentals,The West Wing sleeps 2 and is a completely self contained private wing of Carncairn (I regret we do not allow pets or children in the Wing.) The Grange sleeps 7 and is a bungalow about 200m from Carncairn Lodge, an old Georgian house dating from around 1800 which is secluded and private, set in the Braid Valley not far from the river and surrounded by beautiful mature woodlands with extensive gardens..
1. Carncairn West Wing sleeps a single person or couple, has a kitchen/dining area downstairs and a living room, double bedroom and bathroom upstairs with smart TV's upstairs and down and good WiFi. It is a spacious, 53sqM in size and has exclusive use of the side lawn. We encourage guests to wander around the gardens. Parking is free.

This vacation home is located in Ballymena. Antrim Coast and Glens and Slemish Mountain reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Antrim Forum Leisure Centre and Carnfunnock Country Park. Windsurfing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
