This family home has been recently refurbished to a very high standard while maintaining its period features.
It has a beautiful wide entrance hall with original stained glass and stairway.
The spacious living room boasts a wood burning stove, perfect for winter nights. There are three sofas, seating eight. Four seats have a reclining function for total relaxation.
The large open plan kitchen/dining/ living has a brand new fully fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, double oven and five ring gas hob. The extending dining table seats 6-8. The seating area has a comfortable three seater sofa. There is access via patio doors to the outside area.
The ground floor also has a large utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a WC.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom comprising a new bathroom suite including shower, bath and LED mirror.

Overlooking Ormeau golf club. A municipal club allowing access to non-members on week days for a fee. The clubhouse restaurant is open to the public.
Across the road from the historic Ormeau Park with its beautiful walkways, two children's playparks, and a range of sports facilities including tennis courts, bowling greens and soccer pitches. It is popular with joggers and runners and hosts a children’s parkrun on Sunday mornings. It is also home to the OZone indoor tennis centre which houses a climbing wall, gym and a laser zone. Ormeau Road, which is less than five minutes walk away, is a trendy area of Belfast with many coffee shops, restaurants and several bars.
The house is on the main Ravenhill Road and as well as Ormeau Park, it is several minutes walk from Cherryvale park with a play park and several pitches.
The Kingspan Rugby stadium is five minutes from the house.
Belfast’s Lagan Towpath, Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum, Lyric Theatre and Queen’s University are all within walking distance of you fancy a stroll.
St George’s Market is on Saturday and Sunday and is definitely worth a look, with it’s lovely music, food and many stalls to peruse. It is 20 minutes walk in towards the city.
The world renowned Titanic Belfast is 8 minutes drive away.
The house is on a main bus route into Belfast City Centre. It can be driven in five minutes in light traffic or walked in 25minutes.
The Central Train Station (Lanyon Place) is a 20minute walk. From here there is easy access to the Enterprise train to Dublin Connolly (a two hour journey). There is also easy access to the beautiful coast at Portrush, via train from this station.
The house is easily accessible to both the M1 and M2 motorways as it is just off the westlink.
This vacation home is located in Ormeau, a neighborhood in Belfast, and is next to a golf course.
