There is also the local fresh oyster farm where they do tours where tourists can see the whole life cycle of the oyster from seed to jumbo size spectacular views of the bay and they get to open and taste the wild fresh Atlantic oyster at the end of the tour. Nearby there are bike rentals, guided walks, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkelling and Maghery Coastal Adventures, there is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the nearest pub..
