The property is on 3 floors and offers 2 double bedrooms, 2 king bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower/toilet) and one room with bunk beds (suitable for adults and children). There is also a separate bathroom on the middle floor with toilet and another shower room with a toilet on the same floor. On the ground floor you will find a large lounge/diner with dining table and comfortable sofas,. The kitchen to the rear is very large and offers a table and chairs, and separate utility room which contains a washing machine/tumble dryer and freezer. Small rear yard. There is also a downstairs toilet. The outdoor space is to the front of the property with a small lawn, where you can sit and take in the views and watch the world go by. If you are looking for space and comfort, without having to queue for a bathroom, Oscar's is the ideal property. If you enjoy outdoor activities, the coastal path is literally on your doorstep. You can walk, run, cycle or jog, the choice is yours! The property is walking distance to the centre of Bangor where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Bangor Aurora Fitness Centre and olympic size swimming pool is a walk away or a short drive, as is the cinema. Pickie Fun Park for the children is a 2 minute walk away where the children can enjoy the swan boats, mini golf, go karts and the Pickie Puffer train. There is also a Cafe for the adults to enjoy some refreshments.
Free parking is available directly outside the property and all along the front of Queen's Parade.
Bangor train station is a 10 minute walk away with direct links to Belfast and even Dublin. Belfast City airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car or Belfast International airport is around 40 minutes away. Located in Bangor, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Titanic Belfast and Pickie Fun Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit St. George's Market and Victoria Square Shopping Centre. Dundonald International Ice Bowl and Escarmouche Outdoor Laser Tag are also worth visiting.
