The space
Modern design, warm bright and airy home. Well equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher and pod coffee machine. Dining for 6 in Kitchen or 10 in living room. Off street parking for 2 cars. Accommodation over 3 floors. Two bedrooms have 49 inch TVs. Double doors open onto Patio with heaters, outside table with seating for 8, wood fired pizza oven, charcoal BBQ. Yacht clubs (Ballyholme and RUYC) 3 minutes walk. Sea swimming, paddle boarding, sea fishing and kayaking within few minutes walk. We have 3 Z beds (posh fold out singles) to accommodate 12(itemised as floor mattresses on description as no other description available).
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property including the garage which houses the washing machine and Drier and is used as a "Den" for younger guests with 3 seater sofa, 2 luxury beanbags, and dartboard. Board games are available. Tennis courts and snooker hall nearby
