We provide a home from home experience with all basics included, bedding, towels, hot tub towels, toilet rolls, bio and non-bio washing powder, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, small selection of coffee pods and spices, washing up liquid etc.

The space
Two reception rooms, both with wood burning stoves; one with large picture window framing the garden/reservoir view. Large kitchen diner, with seating for 10 at the table, furnished with all equipment necessary to entertain friends including a large double oven and nespresso coffee machine. French doors leading out onto raised decking which houses the hot tub and seating area, with steps down to the garden. Utility with toilet and washing machine and tumble dryer. Master super king bedroom, dressing room and en-suite. Four further bedrooms and a family bathroom. We can also now cater for 12 with a sofa bed in the snug.
Externally there is a gas bbq, picnic tables to seat 16 and a trampoline and swing set. As the gardens are vast there is plenty of space to kick a ball about/let the kids run off some steam!
We have a list of suppliers for any upgrades that you require such as private chef, afternoon tea, pampering, gin/wine tasting etc. For further information, just ask.

The bungalow is set in beautiful grounds with extensive south east facing lawns bordered by mature shrubs and trees. To keep children entertained there is a large trampoline and swing set in the garden area. There is a raised decked area to the east overlooking the reservoir and a paved area to the rear of the property. The bungalow is accessed along a private road off Hurworth Burn Road, there is an area for parking at the front of the bungalow and also a road which leads to the garages at the rear of the property.
Other things to note
If you have children I can provide most things that would be required, cot bed, highchair, books, toys etc. The list is endless just ask if you have any specific requirements.

Located in Wingate, this vacation home is in a rural area. Victoria Park and Durham Indoor Market are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Hartlepool Maritime Experience and Museum of Hartlepool. Tweddle Children's Animal Farm and Wild Animal Adventures are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
