Lakeview Retreat is a magnificent Edwardian house, located in a prestigious position on the periphery of Bowness on Windermere with breathtaking views across Lake Windermere. With a stunning contemporary designer kitchen, a formal dining room with oak panelling and a fabulous lounge with fabric inlaid panelling. Guests can enjoy "movie night" in the cinema room. On the first floor there are 4 double bedroom - 3 benefit from lake views. Moving up to the third floor, you find a self contained studio with a kitchen and shower. The house stands in a 2.5 acre garden surrounded by mature trees and shrubs with a fantastic patio area with gas fire pit.

\* General: Underfloor heating and a remote control gas open fire in the lounge and the snug.
\* Utilities: 4 wine coolers, range cooker, Miele fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and built in bar with its own sink.

\* Luxuries: Smart TVs, cinema room.
\* Standard: Iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster.
\* Other: Bed linen and towels are provided.

\* Outside: 2 acres completely enclosed mature gardens, large pond, tree house, driveway with electric gates, 100m² patio area with plenty of outdoor seating and ambient lighting. Please be aware that children must be supervised at all times when outside the property, in particular when using the tree house and near the large pond.

\* Parking: Private parking for up to 10 cars.
\* Mobility: Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed, especially as there are steps on the ground floor and also stairs up to bedrooms and bathroom.
