The living areas in the four-storey, mid-terrace house consist of a kitchen/diner hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight people, a Smart TV, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with a sitting area and an en-suite shower room, a second-floor king-size with an en-suite wet room, a king-size with an en-suite wet room, a king-size with a sitting area and Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, and a king-size; all bedrooms feature Smart TVs. Cellar with games room and Cinema Room with 72 inch Smart tv, Outside, there is an enclosed rear yard with patio, hot tub and furniture, along with permit parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub. Please note that smoking is not welcome here.
