Bedroom - Worthworth
The warmth of the duck-egg blue furniture and the sea-breeze shade of the entwined leaf wallpaper aid the view of the tops of Grizedale and vast sky faultlessly. A little picture-perfect window view to gaze out of while you sip your morning coffee and maybe a sneaky bite of that biscuit, before the rest of the troops wake up. A double-bedded room with a smart television and ample storage solutions, finished off with a lush dove grey carpet to sink your toes into. This bedroom promotes a sense of calm with the refreshing choice of colour palette and a contenting sense of space. The quaint vintage style of the bedroom benefits from the natural light, due to being positioned at the front of the townhouse and still enjoys one of its original features in the form of an impressive fireplace. This double bedroom is situated on the middle floor of Holmthwaite towards the rear of the house, where its windows display the impressive views of Coniston Old Man and the peaks of Grizedale. Welcomed extras of smart TV for cosy nights under the duvet, duo windows for pleasant luminosity and an abundance of essential storage all tick the practical boxes for a holiday home that is stress free. This top floor bedroom at the back of the townhouse has the distinct benefit of holding a handsome view of Grizedale and the beauty at its foot. It has twin beds that can simply be manipulated into a double version, if so required. The vanilla pod walls and quirky slanted ceiling creates an interesting room that has the advantage of natural light and welcomed comfort. The warm cream furniture provides a great companion to the coffee-coloured carpet and the rich plum fabrics that deck the room. There is sufficient storage for all those togs, wools and hiking socks, as well as a smart TV for the morning’s news and 9 o’clock film with a steaming mug of hot chocolate.

Bedroom - Quincy
