It is situated in an elevated position, in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a 2 minute walk from Keswick town centre in one direction and the river and Fitz Park in the other. It is ideally located close to shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, parks, Keswick Theatre by the Lake and Derwent Water, The Queen of the Lakes. Just leave the cars in the 4 parking spaces provided and enjoy a carefree holiday in Keswick centre and the Lakes.
