Continue through to the generous dining room with space for 12 guests to comfortably sit down together, and finally head into the traditional kitchen which has been equipped with a Range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing this floor is a bright and airy utility room up a step with fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, microwave, extra fridge and a handy ground floor WC. A spacious hallway gives way to the first floor where three initial bedrooms can be found along with a family bathroom with WC and shower over the bath. The first of these bedrooms is the master bedroom with a generous super king size (zip and link), traditional feature fireplace and stunning views to wake up to each day. This floor also boasts a further super king size bedroom with zip and link beds as well as a snug bunkbed room for two. Head up to the second floor to find plenty of space for everybody else to sleep in three further bedrooms, all with sloping ceilings and some reduced head height. The bedrooms consist of one double and one king size. Both have been equipped with plenty of storage space and the king size offers an en suite with WC and shower. Finally, an ever comfortable twin bedroom sits alongside a handy bathroom with shower and WC. Completing this property is a secondary sitting room that doubles up as a games room with TV/DVD, Nintendo Wii, table football and board games. Step outside and soak up the fresh Lake District air in the tree lined garden, furnished with stylish rattan furniture and boasting plenty of grassy space to unwind. There s also a spot to get away from it all in the raised patio area with a bench, the ideal place for your morning coffee. Finally, off road parking for six cars ensures everyone has a place to park.
