The accommodation consists of a farmhouse kitchen, dining room, living room, snug / second living room, downstairs cloakroom, utility / drying room (in adjoining barn), 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (+pull out bed), bunk room, family bathroom and shower room. There is free wi-fi, BT TV and a coin operated pay phone for outgoing calls.

THE BARN has been recently converted to the highest standard, whilst retaining many original features. It is full of character, including huge Oak trusses to living area, exposed stonework, vaulted ceilings, wood burning stove, hard wood and slate floors, oak beams and is furnished with lovely antique furniture.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen / dining room & large living room on first floor, to maximize views. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, spacious entrance hall & family bathroom on ground floor. There is free super fast wi-fi and Smart TV.

The properties share large, dog friendly gardens, with parking for 5 cars, BBQ / fire pit, garden furniture and unrivalled views of the Duddon Valley and high fells.
