Whilst there, enjoy afternoon tea or lunch at the café where your dog is welcome too.

Stretching 73 miles from Wallsend near Newcastle, across the neck of England to the Solway coast in North West Cumbria. Why not walk alongside a stretch of the wall or cycle along the well-known Coast to Coast (C2C) route? Take a drive and within 20 minutes you can be in the beautiful border city of Carlisle, with its array of high street shopping. Within 30 minutes you could be over the border into Scotland or the Lake District National Park. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
