If you want to feel like you are staying in the location of a Jane Austen novel, Redmayne House is the place for you! Cosy meets luxury in this Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse in the popular Cumbrian town of Kirkby Stephen. Sleeping up to seventeen guests, Redmayne House boasts spacious communal areas (as well as more intimate spaces for quiet solitude) making this historic home ideal for a multi-generational getaway, corporate retreat or intimate family wedding. This three-storey, character townhouse is packed with original features, as well as all the added extras necessary for modern living.
1. Redmayne House is a no smoking property, please note that due to this smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, any instances of smoking within the property will carry a £500 levy for intensive cleaning to be carried out.
2. If you wish to smoke at the property, there is a designated smoking area to the rear of the property which can be accessed through the games room and from the garden. Please dispose of any cigarette ends in the smoking bins provided.
3. Outdoor Shoes are not permitted to be worn within the property please remove these in the entrance hall.
4.You are permitted to bring up to 3 pets to the property. However, we ask that these are not allowed on the internal furniture.
5. If you have brought your fury friend with you please ensure that you clean up after them, if any dog mess is left for our house keeper to clean up there will be a charge of £100.00 for this to be removed.
6. Listening to music is wonderful however please be respectful of our neighbours and the surrounding areas, noise disturbances will not be tolerated.
7. The house is for recreational use only, no parties or events are permitted.
8. If there is any instances of breakages or damage within the property please notify us as soon as possible.
9. Please use the coasters provided when placing glasses, cups or mugs on surfaces.
10. Indoor furniture should not be moved from their current position.
11. Please empty the bins, dishwasher & fridge before departing the property.
12. Most importantly please enjoy your stay and enjoy this stunning property.
