The bedrooms consist of three ground-floor bedrooms including a super-king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, a double with TV and en-suite shower room and a double there is also a family room with TV, king-size and two singles on the first floor, all serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. In the barn, you can find three further doubles, two bathrooms and a sitting room. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a front patio with furniture and a rear patio with lawn. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 2.7 miles a beach. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Town: Dalton is a pretty, tranquil village situated seven miles north of Richmond in North Yorkshire, perfectly nestled between the two national parks of the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire Moors. Nearby, the village of Ravensworth is made up of pretty, weathered sandstone cottages with their unusual 'Yorkshire' roofs - a mix of soft red pantiles. At one end of the village green, the popular Bay Horse Inn serves good food and drink. There are many pretty walking trails leading through the villages surrounding Dalton, a wonderful way to uncover the delights of Yorkshire’s countryside. Visit the many nearby market towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle, both boasting delightful collections of shops and pubs. Dalton is a wonderful base for exploring North Yorkshire, all year round.
