The open plan kitchen-living-dining room is really bright and spacious, with side lighting to create a more ambient feel in the evenings. The dining area has a table with two chairs. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all of the facilities you are likely to need for a self catering holiday. This includes an integrated fan-assisted oven with automatic gas hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave oven, and a stand-alone freezer. The cupboards are well stocked with utensils, and there is even a flask and lunch boxes for taking out onto the fells - the owners have really thought of everything for your comfort! There is a washer-dryer, an iron, an ironing board and a clothes airer for indoor use only.

There are comfortable sofa and armchairs in the living room. There is a large patio window which has views up to the fells in the distance. For entertainment, there is a 39 inch Smart TV, superfast Wi-Fi, and a DAB radio. The bookcase holds a range of novels, plenty of local OS maps, walking guides, and leaflets about local attractions.

The bedroom is spacious, and contains a Super-King sized bed. The bedroom has matching solid wood furniture, including bedside cabinets with lamps, a dressing table with stool, a double wardrobe, and a bookcase with a selection of books. A television - equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick sits on top of the book-case.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, (slip-mat available), a toilet, a heated towel rail, and a washbasin with lit mirror and shaver point. Towels are provided.

There is a patio area outside the apartment with potted plants and a private bench seat for your use only.
